“Whistleblowing” is the discipline introduced in the legal system in order to counter any corrupt phenomena in the public or private working environment and provides specific protection for the one who has become aware of it. The legislation aims to protect the whistleblower of the wrongdoing by allowing him to act without fear of suffering prejudicial consequences against him. <\/p>\n

A whistleblower is defined as a natural person who makes a report or public disclosure of information about violations acquired within his or her “work context.” Included in the definition of whistleblowers are employees of public administrations, employees of all other entities in the “public sector,” employees in the “private sector” the self-employed, workers or collaborators, who carry out their work activities at entities “supplying” goods, services and works to entities in the public or private sector, freelancers and consultants of private or public entities, volunteers and trainees, shareholders and persons with administrative, management, control, supervisory and representative functions, including de facto. <\/p>\n

Pursuant to art. 54 bis of Legislative Decree 30 March 2001 n.165, and subsequent amendments and additions, those who wish to report illegal conduct of which they have become aware by reason of their working relationship with Concerto Srl may do so using the appropriate platform in line with the provisions of current legislation and the A.N.AC Guidelines on the subject. <\/p>\n

The report must relate exclusively to unlawful conduct and therefore cannot be used by the reporter to send grievances of a personal nature pertaining to the discipline of the employment relationship.<\/p>\n

Reports of misconduct can be made by directly writing to the email address whistleblowing@concerto-crm.it<\/b><\/a> , by calling 06.54547157 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays) and in case of no response by leaving a message with the report on the answering machine, or by filling out the following form:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The IT platform makes it possible to manage the communications received from the reporter with a guarantee of confidentiality with regard to both his or her identity and the content of the reports, which are protected through security measures and encryption techniques suitable for guaranteeing maximum secrecy in accordance with EU Regulation 2016\/679 on the protection of personal data.
The reports will be examined by the Head of Reporting Offenses Attorney Marco Maglio, designated by the company as an independent and third party object to protect the confidentiality of the reporters, who is competent to learn about the reported illegal facts in order to prepare any actions aimed at strengthening the measures to prevent corruption events.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
